Steve Larsen is the consummate early-stage CEO. Most recently, the co-founder and CEO of PhoneTell where he remains an active board member, Steve has been a part of six venture-backed startups.  Prior to PhoneTell, he was co-founder and CEO of Krugle, Inc (sold in April of 2009), he was CEO of security software company BigFix (sold to IBM in 2010), and part of the founding teams of Net Perceptions (Nasdaq: NETP) and CitySearch (Nasdaq: TMCS). He spent three years as a venture partner with St. Paul Venture Capital working with portfolio companies like LowerMyBills.com and Bravanta. He helped incubate Visage Mobile, raising seed and Series A rounds of funding. He’s held senior management positions at Prodigy, AT&T, Open Systems and Control Data Corporation.

With that much experience, you can be sure that Steve has seen most of the dynamics of a startup business and experienced the highs and lows of being a startup CEO.  In this day-long Master Class, Steve shares the critical lessons he's learned on how to build and grow a high-performance team, run effective board meetings, and raise money in a range of economic environments.   Steve shares the strategies and tools startup CEOs can use to optimize their performance and the performance of their companies.
